We are looking for an experienced Network Data Administrator (L3) to join our enterprise networking team in Bucharest. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco ACI, Data Center Networking, and Enterprise Infrastructure who are passionate about designing, supporting, and optimizing mission-critical network environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise production networks serving 100+ users

• Administer and optimize Data Center Network infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications

• Resolve complex L3 incidents and high-priority escalations

• Participate in major infrastructure changes while assessing risks and business impact

• Design, migrate, upgrade, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure

• Develop technical documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives

• Monitor network performance and contribute to capacity planning

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

• Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings

• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives

• Support SD-WAN adoption and participate in technical enablement programs

✔ 6–8 years of Enterprise Network Engineering experience

✔ CCNP Certification (Required)

✔ Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., B.E., or equivalent qualification

✔ Minimum Baccalaureate Qualification

✔ Experience supporting large-scale enterprise and data center environments

✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

✔ Advanced English communication skills (written & verbal)

💰 Salary: 12,000 – 20,000 RON / Month

🎯 Quarterly Performance Bonus (QPLC) – 5% of Monthly Base Salary
