Scrum Master (all genders)

Your mission:

• Act as Scrum Master for 1-3 cross‑functional product teams,
• Ensure effective application of Scrum / agile principles with a strong focus on delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement,
• Facilitate core Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective),
• Remove impediments and help teams improve flow, predictability, and quality,
• Coach teams and stakeholders pragmatically on agile ways of working (not dogmatic),
• Support teams in breaking down work, improving estimation, and maintaining a healthy backlog flow.
  
  

The position will work together with:

• Software developers and quality engineers,
• Product Managers / Product Owners,
• Engineering leadership (Team Leads, R&D management),
• Our Senior Agile Coach.
  
  

What is the main challenge of the position?

• Balancing agile principles with real-world constraints (customer commitments, dependencies, legacy systems),
• Improving team effectiveness and predictability without over‑engineering processes,
• Supporting teams at different maturity levels,
• Enabling constructive collaboration between development, product, and business stakeholders.
  
  

Tools the candidate will be working with:

• Issue & backlog tracking: YouTrack,
• Collaboration & documentation: Confluence,
• Communication: Microsoft Teams.
  
  

Your profile:

• 3+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment,
• Solid hands‑on experience with Scrum; understanding of Kanban or hybrid models is a plus,
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional, interdisciplinary teams,
• Strong facilitation and communication skills,
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments at team and organizational level.
