Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and development of intelligent features for Lenovo’s hybrid cloud platform leveraging data analytics, machine-learning based classification, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, natural-language-process and generative AI.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to clarify requirements and implement scalable solutions, keeping in mind user perspective.
• Iteration, evaluation and testing of developed solutions to improve them iteratively.
•  Leverage the company’s infrastructure to provide foundational datasets, labelled data, data cleaning processes, model training, and runtime frameworks for the above use cases.
• Mentor junior team-members to guide them in the implementation of the above use-cases.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years / Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in Python. Knowledge of Java or Go is a plus. 
• Experienced with 3 or more of these specialities – data modelling, time-series forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, natural language processing, ML-Ops, Agentic AI.
• Experienced with data-wrangling tools such as SQL and Python.
• Experienced with end-to-end ML system development with a keen focus on data-driven evaluation.
• Excellent communicator, able to clarify requirements, flag dependencies early and collaborate across teams to push solutions forward.
• Experience deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting AI-systems on public or private cloud infrastructure is highly preferred.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to NVIDIA AI ecosystem technologies such as DeepStream, Metropolis, Triton Inference Server, NeMo, NIMs, TensorRT, or CUDA-accelerated AI workflows is a plus.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, or LLM application architectures is highly desirable.
• Experience working with real-time streaming data, telemetry systems, or event-driven AI architectures is beneficial.
• Experience optimizing AI inference performance, model serving, or scalable deployment pipelines for production environments is preferred.
