As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping our lending product portfolio, supporting major transformation initiatives, and driving innovation across the bank.

How you will contribute

• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate lending products—strategy, design, launch, pricing, performance, and optimization;
• Actively contributes to defining and refining the product strategy and the roadmap for both product development and process optimization;
• Define product characteristics and functionalities, prioritize enhancements, and oversee approvals for new and updated products;
• Lead the technical implementation of product changes by coordinating requirement design, impact assessments, testing, and deployment;
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Risk, Finance, IT, Operations and other specialist teams to validate product design and ensure regulatory and operational compliance;
• Manage pricing policy for the assigned portfolio, define pricing methodologies, standard levels, negotiation competences, and prepare materials for pricing committees;
• Monitor product and process performance using reports on volumes, revenues, costs, KPIs, and service levels, proposing appropriate lifecycle actions;
• Act as the unique point of contact for assigned products, ensuring risk assessments, compliance with internal methodologies, and accurate product documentation;
• Review and approve non‑standard product and pricing structures in the term‑sheet tool, supporting complex deal structuring;
• Prepare and deliver training for commercial teams, ensuring they fully understand product functionality and value propositions;
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to design promotional materials and ensure accurate internal and external product information;
• Act as product expert in strategic transformation projects, regulatory initiatives, and cross‑border corporate business programs within Erste Group.

What will help you be successful

• University / Master’s degree in economics, law or technical fields;
• Excellent relationship‑building, influencing, and collaboration capabilities;
• Natural inclination toward sales, client engagement, and business development;
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product solutions;
• Experience in corporate banking, lending, trade finance, or related areas;
• Strong communication, structuring, analytical and presentation skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer focus;
• Proficiency in English.
