Product Manager - Internal Platform (AI-First) 🚀

At Shakers, we're partnering with a leading global organization to own the product roadmap of a unified internal platform that powers how several of its teams work day-to-day. Fully remote, long-term, and built for someone who moves fast and operates AI-first.

The challenge

The company is consolidating a set of core business applications into a single platform used across commercial, operations, and acquisitions teams. They need a Product Manager who can own that roadmap end to end: turning messy business needs into clearly scoped work, deciding what ships and what waits, and keeping the whole thing moving. This is a high-velocity environment where decisions are made in hours, not sprint cycles, so the role rewards judgment and autonomy over process. AI is central to how you'll work: you'll lean on LLMs to digest large document sets, synthesize domain knowledge, and turn rough ideas into structured requirements without booking a meeting for every call.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the product roadmap for the unified platform.
• Turn needs from business and operations teams into clearly scoped work items.
• Make fast, well-documented calls on scope, edge cases, and trade-offs without becoming a bottleneck.
• Set a clear definition of "done" before work begins, not after.
• Review shipped features against their original intent and feed learnings into the next cycle.

Requirements

• Product management experience in fast-moving environments where decisions happen in hours, not sprints.
• Sharp instinct for scope: telling the essential apart from the nice-to-have and the distraction.
• Strong fluency with AI tools: using LLMs to synthesize domain knowledge, work through large document sets (contracts, technical specs, regulatory material), and shape rough ideas into structured requirements.
• Enough technical literacy to weigh trade-offs with engineering.
• Availability for 2 days on-site per week in the Madrid office.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset-heavy or operations-intensive industries.
