As an IT Operations Engineer, you will act as a key stakeholder throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that production, infrastructure, monitoring, and security requirements are considered from solution design through deployment and ongoing operations.
You will work closely with Agile teams, developers, infrastructure specialists, and production support teams to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition and validation of technical solutions
- Ensure production, infrastructure, security, and operational requirements are incorporated into project planning and product backlogs
- Promote the adoption of existing products and services that integrate resilience, monitoring, security, and operational best practices
- Support development teams to accelerate and secure project delivery
- Implement and coordinate technical user stories related to infrastructure, industrialization, automation, and operational improvements
- Raise awareness and promote application production best practices across project teams
- Facilitate solution deployments and release activities
- Ensure availability and usability of Production and Non-Production environments
- Implement monitoring, observability, and service supervision solutions
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues, proposing mitigation plans
- Contribute to incident management and resolution within defined SLAs
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and operational continuity activities
- Maintain up-to-date operational and technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, performance optimization, and Infrastructure as Code adoption
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, Production Engineering, or similar roles
- Experience with IT Infrastructure and Production Operations
- Knowledge of IT Risk and Cyber Security principles
- Strong Linux and Windows administration knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Docker
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with OpenShift environments
- Knowledge of Helm
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
- Professional English communication skills
