Role Description The Head of Data and Analytics is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting the data vision and strategy across the organization. This position leads the design and implementation of scalable analytics frameworks, ensuring data is captured, processed, and translated into actionable insights for business and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing data ingestion pipelines, managing analytics tools and dashboards, and guiding experimentation and A/B testing. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders to define key metrics, build predictive models, and support decision-making in areas such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization. The Head of Data and Analytics will mentor and grow a data team, establish best practices for data governance, and promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Expertise in Statistics and Data Science, including modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design.
• Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, including building reports, creating dashboards, and defining KPIs.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools and techniques to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading data and analytics teams, with a track record of building scalable data architectures and processes.
• Knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., SQL, Python or R, cloud data warehouses, BI tools) and best practices in data governance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in high-growth, digital-first businesses is beneficial; experience in dating or adult industries is a plus.
