MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document change request candidates with our provider on the MIBL system landscape;
• Review and validate such change requests with the MIBL business/SMEs/management and our provider;
• Organize, plan and animate Change Management related meetings with our provider and the MIBL SMEs;
• Elaborate the implementation plan (prioritization, risk analysis, testing, release) with our provider and the MIBL teams;
• Coordinate user acceptance test phase with our provider and relevant MIBL teams, ensure the test preparation, execution, reporting, documentation of the test results and the follow-up of the defects;
• Manage communication with stakeholders in a multicultural and international environment;
• Participate to the documentation and improvement of the procedures, working manuals and policies.

Qualifications

Business Analyst professional, Test Analyst professional, a first experience as Project Manager will be a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Custody business;
• Good knowledge of SWIFT;
• Very good knowledge of English;

Pay range and compensation package
