Senior Project Manager (Quapital/Hermes)

Your Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership, coordinate efficiently, and drive delivery across both business and IT initiativesusing Quapital as a methodology.

You will:

• Lead projects from start to finish — planning, budgeting, resourcing, and stakeholder coordination.

• Oversee IT and business process enhancements, ensuring efficiency and tangible results.

• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, from project teams to executive sponsors.

• Manage risks, resolve issues, and speak up when priorities or scope need to be challenged.

• Report progress and outcomes through clear dashboards and executive presentations.
  
  

This is a hands-on role where structure, agility, and assertiveness meet collaboration and teamwork.

Your Profile

• Proven +7y experience in project management or coordination, bridging IT and Business.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to challenge constructively and maintain focus on project objectives.

• Experience working within structured PM methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Hermes, Quapital.).

• Fluent in English and French.

• Valid Luxembourg work permit (mandatory).
