Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager – IT & Data Transformation to join our journey.

• Secure the overall trajectory of the project and ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.
• Lead project governance and ensure effective coordination across all stakeholders (business, data, IT, and external partners).
• Conduct project recovery analysis, assess current project status, and define a structured remediation action plan.
• Develop, consolidate, and maintain the integrated project roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path tracking.
• Organize and facilitate key governance forums (Steering Committees, project meetings, workshops), and ensure preparation of supporting materials and minutes.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Apply a hybrid governance approach combining Quapital methodology with Agile practices where relevant (backlog management, prioritization, team rituals, demos).
• Ensure continuous cross-functional coordination between business, data, IT teams, and external providers to align deliverables.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment activities, and support go-live and project closure phases.

How do we imagine our future Project Manager – IT & Data Transformation?

• 8+ years of proven experience in complex project management and delivery roles.
• Strong command and hands-on experience with the Quapital framework (certification or proven use across at least 3 projects in the past 5 years).
• Experience working in hybrid environments combining traditional project governance and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects involving IT, data, and business transformation components.
• Fluent in French and English.
