Job Description & Summary
Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a HR Technology & Transformation Senior Associate (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: People, Experience and Change is a community of experts whose capabilities are focused to address people related challenges across the organisation and across industries.
Our vision is to enable our clients with our diverse set of skills and expertise to achieve a greater People centricity to ensure change is implemented and strategy is executed while addressing compliance requirements.
We differentiate ourselves in our approach as we are focused on listening and understanding our clients’ pain points and needs and we proactively co-create and co-innovate solutions where the people have a role to play in designing the most relevant operating models for a better experience.

Within the HR Technology & Transformation team, we place people at the heart of every transformation. Our work goes beyond system implementation: we help organisations create more transparent, efficient and human‑centred HR experiences. By co‑creating and co‑innovating with our clients, we design digital HR solutions that genuinely empower employees and support better decision‑making.
As part of the projects you will be working on, your role will move fluidly between supporting HR platforms implementation and rethinking HR processes, supporting HR projects rollout (such as payroll implementations, pay transparency projects, strategic workforce planning initiatives, change management support, etc.). If you enjoy variety and to expand your HR expertise – this is built for you.
Be a part of our team where you will:
HR systems & technology
- Guide clients in choosing, implementing and improving their HR systems, broaden your expertise across HR technologies and emerging digital HR trends such as AI‑enabled tools, and advanced analytics;
- Lead or co‑lead functional modules during HR systems implementations (HCM, recruitment and onboarding, absence, etc), participating in activities such as requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing cycles, data validation and training. Progressively and in line with your previous experience, you will be trusted to make recommendations, challenge the status quo and drive initiatives that raise quality and efficiency;
- Support all phases of testing (UAT, E2E, regression), prepare test scripts, and coordinate feedback with client teams;
- Prepare and deliver training to help clients become autonomous with their HR systems.
- Contribute to HR process reviews, organisational design and broader HR projects alongside HR system-focused work;
- Bring an HR practitioner's eye to client challenges: spot what's not working in a process, not just in a tool;
- Challenge and advise clients with best practices, translating complex HR and system interactions into clear guidance.
Growing our practice
- Contribute to commercial proposals and alliances initiatives with technology partners (Workday, SAP, Oracle)- running demonstrations, contributing to articles and building internal knowledge assets;
- Spot opportunities and bring fresh ideas in how we go‑to‑market.
- Hold a Master’s degree in HR or Business Management;
- Have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in HR and HRIS - in HR generalist, HRIS, HR project or HR transformation roles — with exposure to HR processes beyond systems delivery;
- Have an experience with an HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM) , which is considered a strong asset;
- Possess advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
- Are curious about Generative AI, automation and next‑generation digital HR - you like trying new tools and following where AI and analytics are taking HR;
- Are able to work autonomously, learn quickly and bring fresh ideas;
- Are fluent in English and French and have a natural ease building relationships with clients and colleagues.
If you want HR expertise, technology and a bit of innovation to all be part of your day-to-day, we'd love to hear from you.
