Position: CloudOps / AWS DevOps Engineer

Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a CloudOps / AWS DevOps Engineer to support large‑scale, high‑availability cloud platforms. The role combines AWS engineering, Kubernetes operations, GitLab CI/CD, automation, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize AWS environments (EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads on EKS (Helm, GitOps, autoscaling).
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and runners in GitLab.
• Automate deployments and cloud operations (Python, Bash).
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Apply DevSecOps practices (IAM, KMS, WAF, CloudTrail, scanning tools).
• Provide L3 support in a mission‑critical environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands‑on AWS experience (EKS mandatory).
• Terraform and CloudFormation experience.
• GitLab CI/CD and runner management.
• Kubernetes operations experience.
• Python and Bash scripting.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps.
• Experience in high‑availability or enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in EU institutions or regulated sectors.
• Event‑driven architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge).
• FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Java knowledge.
