Job description
We build consumer products that grow fast. You'll help us stay sharp while we do it.
In 2026, the Financial Times named Wire Salad one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. We build brands and apps across fitness, skincare, human health, and pet health - products used by real people, every day, across many markets.
This is a growth role, not a coordination role.
You'll work directly with our growth team across multiple brands and markets. No bureaucracy, no waiting around for someone to hand you a to-do list. If you're someone who naturally spots what's working, loves digging into what competitors are up to, and gets a kick out of turning research into real ideas - you'll feel right at home here.
The problem you're solving:
Growing fast means a lot of plates spinning at once. Campaigns across platforms, markets with their own quirks, competitors making moves you need to catch early. Your job is to keep us informed, keep things moving, and make sure the good ideas actually make it to the table.
What you'll actually do:
- Support QA processes - help with quality assurance across main and localised content, including final link checks and handing things off cleanly for final QA review.
- Own lightweight growth initiatives - pick up AI-driven tasks that need small but meaningful updates: copy tweaks, image swaps, keeping things fresh without slowing anyone down.
- Run weekly competitor analysis - track what competitors are doing across web and paid ads on different platforms. Spot patterns, surface the interesting stuff, and flag what's actually worth paying attention to.
- Analyse local markets - dig into competitor activity and broader market dynamics across the regions we operate in. Help the team understand what makes each market tick.
- Keep things organised and moving - support manual work like building Excel trackers, gathering information, and organising content so the team always has what it needs, when it needs it.
- Generate ideas from data - don't just report what's out there - connect the dots, bring fresh angles, and turn your research into something actionable.
- Support R&D processes - help identify and analyse competitors, research new markets, and contribute to product-market analysis as we explore new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, project coordination, or something similar - ideally somewhere fast-moving like a digital product or ecommerce company.
- Organised and detail-oriented - you catch the thing others walk past, and you follow through without needing a nudge.
- A natural researcher - you know how to dig, how to make sense of what you find, and how to present it in a way people actually want to read.
- Analytical by instinct - you look at a competitor's ad or a set of numbers and your first thought is "what does this mean for us?"
- Hands-on and adaptable - no task is too small if it moves things forward, and you're just as comfortable thinking big as you are getting stuck in.
- AI-curious - you're already using AI tools to work faster and smarter, and you're keen to keep pushing.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
