Business Analyst

Location: Vilnius office

We are looking for a Financial Analyst (Power BI & Reporting) who goes beyond reporting – someone who understands the business behind the numbers and can turn data into clear insights that support better business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who not only uses Power BI, but can actively develop, optimize, and scale reporting solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and strong visualization practices.
• Take ownership of Power BI development, ensuring reports are scalable, automated, and business-relevant.
• Coordinate the budgeting process, including annual budget planning and monthly analysis.
• Analyze financial performance (profitability, cost control, variance analysis).
• Prepare management reports and actionable insights for leadership.
• Work closely with business teams to understand KPIs and support decision-making.
• Combine and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously improve and automate reporting processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design.
• Ability to independently build and enhance reporting solutions, not just use existing ones.
• Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
• Ability to work independently with data sources (SQL experience would be a strong advantage).
• Experience in financial analysis and understanding of business KPIs.
• Ability to see the big picture – not just create reports, but understand what they mean for the business.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and ownership of your work.
