As part of our AI Assist Squad, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions that transform how customers interact with the bank. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies across the Microsoft and AWS ecosystems, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services and AWS, helping deliver intelligent assistants, AI-driven search experiences, and conversational solutions at enterprise scale.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious AI Engineer who wants to move beyond traditional machine learning and be at the forefront of Generative AI, conversational AI, agentic experiences, and modern AI platform engineering.

What You'll Do

As an AI Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between AI innovation and production-grade delivery. You'll work across the full AI lifecycle - from experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment.

You will:

• Design, build, and operate AI-powered assistants and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies
• Develop intelligent workflows and automations leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Build scalable AI services and APIs on Azure and AWS
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and retrieval systems to support AI use cases
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions vector search technologies, and knowledge management platforms
• Build and maintain MLOps and LLMOps capabilities, including deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management of AI solutions
• Engineer scalable cloud-native solutions using containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Partner closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, UX specialists, and Software Engineers to bring AI products into production
• Explore emerging AI technologies and continuously improve our AI engineering practices, architectures, and tooling
  
  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a curious and hands-on engineer who is passionate about building AI products that create real customer value.

Ideally, you bring experience in several of the following areas:

AI & Generative AI

• Experience developing and operationalizing AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions
• Interest in conversational AI, AI agents, copilots, and large language model (LLM) applications
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks
  
  

Microsoft Ecosystem

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services and Azure Functions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Passion for leveraging Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI ecosystem to build enterprise-grade solutions
  
  

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD practices
  
  

Search & Knowledge Systems

• Experience with Elastic Search, enterprise search, or vector search technologies
• Knowledge of information retrieval, indexing, semantic search, or knowledge management solutions
  
  

Engineering Excellence

• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building reliable data pipelines and automation solutions
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams

What We Offer

Salary: EUR 3,680 – 5,520 gross monthly (depending on experience and competencies).
