Role Description The Data Analyst role at QuotCraft is a full-time hybrid position based in Dublin, with flexibility for some work from home. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze platform and customer data to generate insights that support product development, operations, and business strategy. This role involves building dashboards and reports, identifying trends and patterns in user behavior, and collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to optimize workflows and features. The Data Analyst will also support forecasting, performance measurement, and experimentation, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes working with datasets, documenting methodologies, and ensuring data quality and integrity across systems.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Statistics knowledge to support forecasting, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and maintain structured data models and support reporting and analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation, and experience working with cloud-based data platforms, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
