About The Team And Business Line

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to spearhead the Design process for a bespoke business process automation platform, using Design practice to drive forward a complex enterprise challenge. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a key player in design-driven delivery, translating enterprise strategy into high-quality user experiences and product outcomes.

The role requires a systems thinker, who can navigate complex challenges through a foundation in Design practices: discovery, co-creation, prototyping and testing. You will orchestrate design activities and drive value through to agile delivery, working across a multi-disciplinary project group. This is an opportunity to take a central role in a strategic multi-year program. You will be joining a global Design team that works across a portfolio of projects in CX, Digital Transformation, GenAI and new product development.

The position is based in Dublin and may require international travel to other CITCO locations. The Senior Product Designer will report to the EMEA Design Manager, and interact with business stakeholders, and technical groups.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and ideation through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Advocate for a cohesive and delightful user experience.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop UX strategy and product roadmap
• Communicate design rationale, build consensus, and influence decision-making among cross-functional teams
• Produce interactive mock-ups and prototypes, refined through user testing and feedback
• Co-ordinate Design group activities, and engage on UX strategy and Design System alignment
• Explore AI-drive possibilities for discovery, rapid prototyping and user-testing
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate Designers as required
  
  

Qualifications

About You

• 5+ years of professional product design experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong foundation in user-centred design methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, wireframing, usability testing) with history of success in delivering positive business outcomes
• Passionate, creative system thinker and visual designer that enjoys working in a fast-paced Agile environment Beneficial
• Proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, or alternatives
• Experience in working with an enterprise Design System
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Vibe-coding experience a plus
