Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in industrial equipment a solutions. The organisation is seeking a commercially astute and strategically-minded Divisional President to lead a highly successful international business unit through its next phase of growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance and financial results of the division. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a proven executive capable of driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, optimising commercial performance and leading a global team within a complex international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the division's growth strategy, developing and executing plans to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market leadership.
- Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence and business accountability.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive customer-centricity, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements and market demand.
- Strengthen commercial performance by refining go-to-market strategies, distribution channels and sales effectiveness.
- Lead product and innovation strategy, working closely with product development and engineering teams to deliver future-focused solutions.
- Optimise operational performance across manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain and asset utilisation.
- Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities, including investments, acquisitions and business expansion initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, distribution partners and key stakeholders across the global organisation.
- Champion transformation and change, ensuring the business remains competitive and well-positioned for long-term success.
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, capital equipment or a related B2B environment.
- Proven experience leading a business unit or division with full P&L responsibility and accountability for growth and profitability.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing and executing successful go-to-market and distribution strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth, operational improvement and business transformation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across commercial, operational, manufacturing, product management and supply chain functions.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to translate market insight into strategic action.
- Experience operating within a global, matrix organisation and collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.
- Excellent financial acumen, strategic thinking and analytical capability.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related discipline required.
- MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages would be advantageous.
