Senior Product Designer (f/m/x)

LiveEO turns satellite data into business-ready risk intelligence. Using Earth observation and AI, we help organizations detect and act on critical risks across infrastructure networks and global supply chains, earlier, at scale, and with less manual effort.

You'd be joining the team behind TradeAware, our software solution for EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) compliance, which helps procurement and compliance teams turn a complex regulatory requirement into something manageable.

This is a role with real ownership. You'll be the sole designer in charge of TradeAware, owning the product's design end-to-end, from framing the problem through to polished, shipped UI. You'll have a strong hand in shaping the product's direction and a direct line to impact.

You'll join a small, collaborative, AI-first design team that works closely together across LiveEO's products. We adopt new practices and tools as they emerge, and we're actively figuring out how to evolve our design systems and ways of working as the tooling changes, all while shipping and moving fast. We want everyone on the team contributing to how we work, building a design practice that can grow and adapt as the company and its products evolve. Your perspective will help shape that.

Your challenge

• Own TradeAware's design end-to-end — from problem framing and flows through to high-craft, shipped UI.
• Solve substantial product and UX challenges, making a complex, data-rich product feel clear, intuitive, and genuinely useful from the first interaction.
• Work fast and iteratively — prototype, test, and refine quickly rather than locking everything up front, keeping the flexibility to change direction as we learn from users and as laws change.
• Validate with real customers — we have direct access to users for research and validation, and you'll own how you gather and act on that insight.
• Help shape our AI-first practice — figuring out how we manage and evolve design systems and workflows as tools change, and bringing new approaches to the team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and the wider team, with real influence on what we build, not just how it looks.
• Help evolve the design team and its ways of working — contributing to a modern, adaptable design practice rather than a rigid one, and inspiring the team with how you work.
• Build and extend design foundations pragmatically — enough structure to move fast, not so much that it slows us down.
  
  

Your profile

• 5+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio of shipped work (not just concepts).
• Strong product thinking, you start from user and business problems, not from pixels.
• High craft and a fast, iterative working style; comfortable making good calls amid ambiguity without waiting for a fully defined spec.
• A self-starter who owns their own process, you take complete ownership of how you work, drive your own research and validation, and don't wait to be handed a plan.
• Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools, and genuine enthusiasm for an AI-first way of working, you're excited to adopt new tools and approaches as they emerge.
• Clear communication, you can explain and defend design decisions to non-designers and bring people along.
• A collaborative instinct: you want to shape a team and a practice and inspire the people around you, not just take tickets.
