The Company:

What you'll do:

The role is a strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsible for protecting the company's entire technology and operational environment as it grows internationally.

Rather than being hands-on with security tools, you'll set the cybersecurity strategy, manage risk, lead major cyber incidents, oversee outsourced security providers, and advise the executive team and Board.

The business operates a complex mix of cloud, traditional IT and industrial systems, so the key challenge is balancing strong security with the need to keep operations running 24/7 while supporting the company's expansion.

You will focus on establishing visibility over assets and risks, implementing robust third-party vendor controls, leading real-world crisis simulations, deploying live security dashboards, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and access management across IT and OT environments.

Key Skills:

• Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity in both industrial (OT/IBMi) and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, Office 365, on-premises).
• Proven leadership for risk governance, executive reporting, and crisis command.
• Experience balancing operational uptime with robust security controls in 24/7 industrial settings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to bridge between technical teams, third-party partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation, shifting organisations towards resilience and speed without sacrificing safety.
• Proficient in managing managed security providers (MSP/MSSP), security operations centers (SOC), and external vendors.
• Fluent operational English required; French market experience is valued.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (NIS2), disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and identity/access management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Lead Auditor) are a plus.
