We are hiring for multiple Data Center Operations roles in Finland!

We are currently building our on-site team for data center projects in Finland and are looking for hands-on professionals with relevant experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, ICT infrastructure, facility systems, network deployment, site security, asset operations, or technical project delivery.

Open roles include:

🔹 IDC Facility Engineer / Expert

You will support daily operation and maintenance of data center facility systems, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling/HVAC, environmental monitoring, routine inspections, preventive maintenance follow-up, vendor coordination, incident escalation, and site documentation.

Requirement: relevant experience in data centers or other critical environments such as hospitals, nuclear facilities, banks, telecom sites, industrial plants, airports, or other high-availability facilities. For expert-level roles, general residential or commercial building maintenance alone is unlikely to be sufficient.

🔹 IT Operations Engineer / Expert

You will support daily inspection and maintenance of servers, network devices, racks, and related IT infrastructure; handle basic hardware/network issues; support equipment deployment, rack-and-stack, cabling checks, power-on checks, link/connectivity verification, work order execution, monitoring follow-up, troubleshooting, and L1/L2 O&M escalation.

Requirement: hands-on experience in data center operations, server/network hardware support, NOC, IT infrastructure operations, field service, deployment, or technical troubleshooting. Expert-level candidates should have solid experience in data center, infrastructure, or mission-critical IT environments.

🔹 Asset Technician / Asset Operations Specialist

You will support equipment receiving, asset entry/exit records, labeling, serial number verification, asset registration, inventory checks, asset movement tracking, storage control, spare parts support, system updates, SLA/work order execution, and reconciliation between physical assets and system records.

Requirement: experience in IT asset management, inventory control, warehouse/logistics, data center asset operations, equipment handling, or operations support. Familiarity with servers, switches, optical modules, boards, fibers, spare parts, asset tools, or warehouse processes is a strong plus. Accuracy and compliance mindset are essential.

🔹 Technical Project Manager / Data Center Delivery TPM

You will coordinate on-site delivery for data center and network infrastructure projects, including module deployment, network build, cabling/integration coordination, site survey support, logistics arrival coordination, progress tracking, risk and issue follow-up, vendor/subcontractor coordination, site readiness, quality follow-up, acceptance preparation, handover, and customer/project communication.

Requirement: 3+ years of relevant experience in data center delivery, data center construction, on-site O&M, network infrastructure projects, ICT deployment, technical site delivery, or project management in critical environments. This is not a pure office-based PM role; hands-on site coordination experience is important. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

General requirements:

• Based in Finland or willing to relocate/commute to the project location
• Able to work fully on-site in a data center environment
• Professional working English is required
• Hands-on, reliable, safety-conscious, and process-driven
• Able to follow SOPs, site rules, safety requirements, and customer procedures
• Open to shift work, standby, occasional overtime, or project-based support if required
• Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus for internal coordination, but not mandatory
• Local driving licence and relevant safety/security certificates are a plus
