At Net Group, we’re all about solving real problems with tech that makes a difference. Since 1999, we’ve partnered with public sector organizations, private companies, and startups to help them innovate, grow, and succeed using sustainable, future-focused technology. Our work spans from building AI-powered software to developing digital services that people rely on every day - like eHealth platforms, a paper-free court system, and AI-driven tools like Bürokratt, the government chatbot.
Our people are our greatest value. We consider flexibility important in balancing work and personal life, which is why we offer the possibility of hybrid work. In the office, we have created a pleasant and cozy environment where people enjoy coming to work. To support employees’ well-being, we provide Stebby or Confido benefits, and in case of illness, we compensate the first sick days at 70% of the employee’s average calendar-day salary.
We also celebrate important occasions with gifts for one another; on the Friday before Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, parents have a shortened workday. We regularly organize team events, and on the last Friday of every month, we continue our long-standing tradition of hosting an office party where everyone is welcome to spend time together.
You will be joining a team of persistent and supportive people who are always ready to help, advise, listen, and share a good sense of humor. Regular 1:1 meetings are held with managers, and twice a year we have impact and growth discussions.
