Your role

As a Scrum Master for an AI delivery squad, you support one or more delivery squads within the Tribe, enabling reliable, high‑quality delivery of analytics, AI and digital initiatives aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards. You ensure Agile values and practices are applied consistently, while adapting ways of working to the specific realities of data‑ and AI‑driven delivery, such as experimentation, data dependencies and increased governance requirements.

You act as a servant leader, fostering focus, transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement, while helping the team navigate change in a complex and evolving environment.

Your day-to-day mission

• Coach squads in Agile principles, practices and metrics, supporting autonomy, accountability and delivery maturity.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies and support effective decision‑making and delivery flow.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritised, high‑quality backlogs aligned with business outcomes.
• Identify, manage and help remove impediments, risks and dependencies, coordinating with product, data, engineering, architecture, security, risk and business stakeholders as needed.
• Enable effective and controlled delivery of AI, advanced analytics and GenAI initiatives, balancing innovation with enterprise standards.
• Adapt delivery approaches to AI‑specific contexts, including experimentation, iterative refinement, data readiness, model uncertainty and heightened governance, risk and compliance requirements.
• Support intake structuring and initiative breakdown, ensuring work is appropriately scoped for iterative delivery and aligned with Tribe and enterprise commitments.
• Monitor delivery health using relevant KPIs and Agile metrics, promoting transparency and data‑driven improvement.
• Contribute to disciplined risk, issue and change management, particularly where data quality, security, compliance and operational sustainability are critical.
• Promote strong team dynamics, psychological safety and effective collaboration within and across squads, including with outsourced or offshored partners.
• Contribute to the Scrum Master community and the continuous evolution of ways of working across the Tribe.

What you need to succeed in this role

• Solid experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or equivalent role in complex technology environments.
• Strong, pragmatic understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
• Proven servant‑leadership mindset, with the ability to influence and facilitate without formal authority.
• A pragmatic understanding of enterprise delivery standards and of how to enable AI initiatives within such a framework
• Experience managing dependencies, risks and stakeholders across organisational boundaries.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organisation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Comfort operating in environments with high governance, security and regulatory expectations.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• PSM I (or equivalent) certification.

What makes you stand out

• Experience in data, analytics, AI or other innovation‑driven delivery environments, with an understanding of experimentation cycles, data readiness and iterative discovery.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow or similar delivery and reporting platforms.
• Change management experience and the ability to support teams through transformation and increasing delivery maturity.
• Experience in the financial industry or other regulated environments.
