Scrum Master

BWC is looking for a Senior Scrum Master for its client in Brussels, Belgium. It’s a full-time permanent contract with BWC. Freelancers can also apply.

Job Type: Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite + 3 Days Remote in Belgium.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master with at least 2–3 different Agile teams.
• Experience across multiple companies is a strong plus.
• Experience outside a pure IT context is a plus.
• Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch is mandatory (German is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Passion for evidence-based development using delivery metrics, team health, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to facilitate teams, foster continuous improvement, and build high-performing Agile teams.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with Agile Chapter objectives.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to influence teams and the wider organization.
• Experience in Agile transformation and supporting teams with different maturity levels.
• Strong focus on Agile mindset, values, and principles.
• Experience providing constructive feedback and coaching individuals and teams.
• Interest in innovation and experimenting with new Agile techniques.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks is a plus.
