At Tekst, we just raised $13.5M in Series A funding to rebuild Process Intelligence for the Agentic era. We're building the context layer that allows AI agents to work at scale on the back-office processes that actually matter. With enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia, we are cutting through the AI hype to deliver real, measurable automation.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will own our core strategic theme: Integrations. AI agents are only as good as the data and systems they can reach; your job is to make sure Tekst connects deeply and reliably into the enterprise systems our customers already run (ERPs, CRMs, ticketing tools, data warehouses, and beyond). You'll define how we turn fragmented, siloed enterprise data into a connected fabric that AI agents can actually act on.

What will you be doing?

• Own your domain (Integrations): You are responsible for the vision and roadmap of how Tekst connects to the systems enterprises run on. You ensure our integrations are not just technically robust, but high-value and trustworthy for global enterprises.
• Product Discovery 2.0: Continuously research the integration landscape, customer system architectures, and industry trends. We expect you to "practice what we preach" by using AI tools to supercharge your own discovery workflow and validate ideas faster.
• Impact over shipping: You understand that shipping a new connector or API is only the beginning. You measure success through adoption, data reliability, and customer ROI, using data to drive further iterations and investments.
• Lead through influence: As an individual contributor, you achieve results by influencing your teammates and stakeholders through data, logic and a clear narrative.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Product Marketing to launch integrations that customers rely on and that scale for our business.

Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for technology-powered products (preferably B2B SaaS)
• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with data integration, iPaaS, APIs, or sync platforms is a significant plus — you understand the practical challenges of connecting cloud apps and enterprise systems at scale
• Methodology: Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques, and how to fast-track them with AI
• Communication: Exceptional English skills. The ability to translate complex technical integration concepts into a clear, compelling story for both internal and external stakeholders
• Mindset: A team player who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving as fast as the tech
  
  

Job Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for technology-powered products (preferably B2B SaaS), ideally with a background in customer-facing or technical roles such as solutions engineering or pre-sales.

Domain Knowledge: Experience with data integration, APIs, iPaaS platforms, or SaaS connectivity is a significant plus. You understand what it takes to sync data reliably across complex enterprise system landscapes.

Methodology: Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques, and how to fast-track them with AI — you use the tools you'd expect our customers to use.

Communication: Exceptional English skills. The ability to translate complex integration and data concepts into a clear, compelling story for both technical and non-technical stakeholders — internally and with enterprise customers.
