About The Company
Founded in 2013, we are a leader in performance-based mobile app marketing, partnering globally to deliver premium users at scale. Our collaborative team prioritizes innovation and strategic decision-making, fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture. We are looking for individuals who thrive in an autonomous work environment, seek out ways to meaningfully contribute to our shared success, and embrace growth both personally and professionally.
We're a fully remote workforce centered in the US, LATAM, UK, and Taiwan. Join us and make a meaningful impact from anywhere and everywhere.
About The Role
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Campaign Delivery team. This team builds and maintains our campaign management platform and develops the incentivization models and campaign structures that power our advertisers' campaigns. They are the secret sauce between supply and demand—turning advertiser goals and publisher inventory into campaigns that deliver. In this role, you'll work across the full stack, building both the user-facing interfaces of the platform and the backend services and data models behind them, in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
A key part of the work is designing the systems and interfaces that define how campaigns are structured, incentivized, configured, and delivered. You'll build front-end features—dashboards, campaign setup flows, and reporting views—that make complex configuration intuitive, and the backend services and REST APIs that power them. You'll partner closely with product, design, campaign operations, and business teams to translate their requirements into end-to-end solutions, and you'll help our platform scale as campaign volume and advertiser complexity grow.
Your first focus will be getting hands-on with the campaign management platform—learning how it works front to back, shipping features and improvements, and strengthening usability, reliability, and performance across the stack. From there, you'll take on greater ownership of the incentivization models and campaign structures that make our delivery engine the connective tissue between supply and demand.
This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue-generating systems while growing your skills across a modern full-stack environment. If you enjoy building polished user experiences, well-architected services, and solving for both technical and business needs, this role is for you.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
Build and maintain our campaign management platform across the full stack—developing the user-facing interfaces internal teams and advertisers use to launch, configure, and manage campaigns, along with the backend services and data models behind them.
Develop intuitive, responsive front-end features—dashboards, campaign setup flows, and reporting views—that make complex campaign configuration clear and easy to work with.
Build and extend the incentivization models and campaign structures that determine how campaigns are configured, rewarded, and delivered—translating business and advertiser requirements into reliable, well-architected systems.
Design and maintain the backend services and REST APIs that power the platform and connect it to our delivery and reporting systems.
Collaborate with product, design, campaign operations, and business teams to turn requirements into end-to-end features that connect supply and demand.
Write and maintain automated tests across front-end and back-end to ensure reliability and prevent regressions on campaign-critical paths.
Improve performance, scalability, and observability across the platform—from front-end load times to backend services that handle high campaign and event volume.
Work with relational and non-relational databases to store, query, and manage campaign, advertiser, and performance data.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions across the stack with the engineering team.
Support the launch of new campaigns and advertiser integrations by building the interfaces, tooling, and services that make configuration and delivery seamless.
Required Experience & Qualifications
We expect strong candidates to bring most of the following. If you are missing more than one or two, this likely isn't the right fit.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–3 years of professional experience in a full-stack engineering role.
Front-end experience building responsive web interfaces with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a component-based framework (e.g., React, Vue) — we value engineering fundamentals over specific framework experience.
Back-end experience building and maintaining services and REST APIs. Our stack is primarily PHP/Laravel, but we value engineering fundamentals over specific language experience.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and the fundamentals of building usable, accessible interfaces.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you're comfortable asking questions and working across teams.
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
Preferred Experience
These will set you apart but aren't required to apply.
Experience building data-dense product interfaces such as dashboards, admin tools, or configuration UIs.
Familiarity working from designs and partnering with designers, including component libraries and design systems.
Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Redis).
Experience working at a SaaS company or in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with adtech, performance marketing, or mobile user acquisition, and KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, eCPM, and conversion rates.
Experience working on systems that sit between multiple stakeholders or marketplaces (e.g., supply/demand, two-sided platforms).
Comfort leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate engineering workflows.
CULTURE FIT
Curious mindset with a drive to ask questions and uncover opportunities
Hustle and ownership mentality — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Comfort with a Mission Aligned Team framework
Bias toward shipping and iterating — pragmatic about tradeoffs between scope and value
Energized by collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams
