What We Are Looking For

We're looking for an exceptional Software Engineer to design, build, and ship full-stack applications for our clients—with the lion’s share of the work in Python on the backend and React on the front end. Your primary role will be to own features end to end while ensuring reliability, scalability, and great user experiences. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working across the full stack.

Our team includes network architects, cloud architects, software developers, and security engineers. Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Strong proficiency in Python (the primary language, and the majority of backend work)
• Hands-on experience building modern front-end applications with React
• Solid grasp of software design, testing, and code quality best practices
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a strong public portfolio of open-source software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within specified timelines
• Quick at picking up new technologies and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a team player
• Must be based in Argentina and available to work primarily on Eastern Time

Great to Have

• Experience with WebRTC or other real-time communication technologies
• Deep object-oriented expertise, including comfort with low-level or gnarly configuration work
• Working knowledge of AWS and general cloud services
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with containerization and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong opinions about best practices in software development—but open to collaboration

This is a fully remote, full-time position. Only open to candidates based in Argentina available to work on Eastern Time. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.
