Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people and making a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle. As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the People function, providing high-quality administrative support to employees, leaders, and the broader People team.
In this varied role, you will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems. You will manage People inboxes, respond to employee enquiries, and support the delivery of People initiatives and processes across the business.
You will also support payroll preparation through accurate data entry and validation, coordinate activities such as OHS committee meetings, and assist with reporting and documentation. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach will see you succeed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a HR or People & Culture administration or coordination role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and documentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience using Employment Hero is highly advantageous
