About BC Game
BC Game is one of the world's leading crypto-first gaming companies, behind a portfolio of platforms built on a simple belief: technology is a transformative force, and the future of online gaming belongs to those bold enough to build it. Since 2017, we have grown into a global community of millions of players, with more than 10,000 games and over 150 cryptocurrencies supported across our platforms.
What sets us apart is how we build. We set the standard for transparency and fairness through open-source code and provably fair games, and we move at pace, shipping constantly across casino, sports, and live entertainment. We are not here to follow the industry. We are here to shape it.
Above all, we are a team of builders, problem-solvers, and original thinkers from all over the world, united by the belief that the best products come from bringing different perspectives together. Now we are bringing that ambition to Melbourne, building a group of exceptional people who want to do the defining work of their careers, take real ownership, and shape global products from the ground up.
About the role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own the design of our most important player journeys across web, iOS, and Android, and set the standard for craft and consistency as our Melbourne team grows. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving genuinely hard interaction problems and turning complex betting and platform logic into interfaces that feel simple, fast, and intuitive.
It is also a role with room to grow. You will join as our senior design voice in Melbourne, and as the team scales there is a clear path to step up and lead it.
What you will do
Design core journeys
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI for our most complex journeys, including high-frequency, real-time odds displays, betslip interactions, deposit and withdrawal payment routing, risk-based authentication, and CRM lifecycle screens, across web, iOS, and Android
- Define the visual style and interaction standards that reflect our brand positioning and the way our players think and behave
Design systems
- Build and maintain a scalable component library and design documentation, so product and engineering teams move faster and ship high-fidelity work
Operational and backend tools
- Design clear, efficient interfaces for complex backend systems, multi-level agent and commission portals, and data reporting dashboards
Collaboration and optimisation
- Work closely with product, front-end, QA, and operations, contribute to PRD reviews, and use data, A/B testing, and CRO to keep improving conversion
Craft and influence
- Set a high bar for design quality, mentor other designers, and help shape how the design team works as it grows
What you bring
- At least 7 years' UI/UX design experience across web and mobile, with a strong portfolio of complex, data-rich products
- Exceptional logical thinking, with a talent for turning complex business logic such as risk controls and multi-level agency structures into clean, minimalist interfaces
- Expert in Figma and other leading design and prototyping tools
- A solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to discuss feasibility directly with developers
- A data-driven approach, using research, heatmaps, and funnel data to guide design decisions
- The ambition and potential to grow into a design leadership role
- Full Australian working rights
What would set you apart
These are a bonus, not a requirement.
- Experience designing for iGaming, sports betting, or real money gaming platforms
- A deep understanding of betting logic such as handicaps, live betting, and parlays/accumulators
- Experience mentoring designers or leading design projects
What we offer
- Competitive salary with a performance bonus, reviewed annually
- Real ownership and the chance to shape how millions of players experience our products
- Learning and development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences
- Annual leave, plus a birthday day off, wellness days, marriage and graduation leave, a day for your child's first school day, and extra leave that grows with tenure
- Health and wellbeing support to look after you in and out of work
- Brand new, central Melbourne office, stocked with snacks and drinks
- Team lunches and regular company events
Inclusion and access
BC Game is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background, identity, and experience, because we believe the best teams are built from different perspectives. If you need any adjustments to take part in the process, please let us know.
