Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Program Manager or highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a program of work across multiple Scrum teams delivering DevOps upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across multiple Scrum teams within a wider program
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support delivery excellence
• Work closely with stakeholders, product, engineering, and DevOps teams
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure successful program outcomes
• Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across teams

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager
• Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams
• Solid background in Agile and Scrum delivery
• Experience supporting DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or technical upgrade programs
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Experience in CI/CD, cloud, or engineering-led environments
