Human Resources Coordinator

Fidarsi are working with a high-growth FinTech that's looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join their collaborative People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle in a highly regulated environment while supporting the business through its next stage of growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
• Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR queries
• Assisting with employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
• Maintaining HR records, contracts and documentation
• Supporting performance, absence and probation processes
• Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
• Helping drive HR projects, policy updates and process improvements
• Managing HR systems and producing reports where required

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous HR Coordinator or HR Assistant experience within a generalist role
• Financial or professional services background
• A good understanding of UK employment law
• Experience supporting employee relations cases
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience using HiBob (preferred, but not essential)
• Previous experience within a regulated environment would be highly advantageous
