Job Purpose -

To support distributed delivery squads in India by driving sprint governance, dependency tracking, release calendars, and offshore execution dashboards. This role ensures visibility, alignment, and compliance with public‑sector reporting cadence.

Key Responsibilities -

• Sprint governance: Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Metrics tracking: Maintain velocity, burndown charts, and KPI dashboards.
• Dependency management: Identify, document, and resolve cross‑team dependencies.
• Action item follow‑up: Ensure timely closure of risks/issues raised in governance forums.
• Release calendar management: Coordinate release schedules across distributed squads.
• Offshore execution dashboards: Build visibility dashboards for India squads to align with global delivery.
• Public‑sector cadence: Support compliance with reporting cycles and governance forums.

Mandatory Skills -

• Scrum – facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Jira/Azure Boards – managing sprints, backlogs, and dashboards.
• Metrics & reporting – Proven ability to track KPIs and produce executive reports.
• Dependency tracking – Strong experience in cross‑team coordination.
• Distributed delivery – Offshore/onshore collaboration experience.
• Public‑sector cadence – Familiarity with structured reporting cycles.

Preferred Skills -

• Agile coaching – Experience mentoring teams in agile practices.
• Risk/issue management – Ability to track and escalate blockers.
• Vendor coordination – Managing offshore vendor delivery.
• Hybrid agile delivery – Exposure to PMP/PRINCE2 blended with agile.
