Scrum Master

We're looking for Scrum Masters (India)!

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cohesive project plans with critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones
• Manage project plans and schedules to ensure delivery within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
• Facilitate complex project deliveries across multiple teams, geographies, and time zones in an agile environment
• Promote and ensure adherence to agile principles including collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility
• Act as a servant leader, supporting teams to remove impediments and achieve outcomes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain organized documentation of project activities
