Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to support AI-driven mapping operations, intelligent forecasting systems, and conversational AI initiatives. This role combines advanced data science, machine learning, and large-scale analytics with deep exposure to the Google technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, product managers, operations teams, and mapping specialists to build scalable forecasting models, deploy AI-powered chatbots, and optimize mapping workflows using modern Google Cloud and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Predictive Analytics
- Design, develop, and deploy forecasting models for operational planning, demand prediction, geospatial trends, and resource optimization.
- Build scalable time-series forecasting pipelines using machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Improve forecasting accuracy using advanced ML algorithms, feature engineering, and experimentation frameworks.
AI & Conversational Systems
- Develop and optimize AI-powered chatbot solutions for operational support, customer interactions, and workflow automation.
- Implement NLP and Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Fine-tune conversational models and evaluate chatbot performance using operational metrics and user feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI assistants into mapping and operational platforms.
Mapping Operations & Geospatial Intelligence
- Apply AI/ML techniques to improve mapping operations, geospatial data quality, routing intelligence, and automation workflows.
- Work with geospatial datasets, location intelligence, and large-scale map data processing pipelines.
- Support automation initiatives across mapping operations using machine learning and AI-driven decision systems.
- Partner with operations teams to identify optimization opportunities in map validation and spatial analytics.
Key Skills & Qualification
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-driven analytics roles.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience building forecasting or predictive analytics models in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, chatbot development, or Generative AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed data processing.
- Experience with geospatial analytics, mapping platforms, or location intelligence is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud technologies and modern AI/ML tooling.
