Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience of user research methodologies. Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
• Minimum 3 years of experience in using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and After Effect) and prototyping tools like Framer, Protopie
• Minimum 3 years of experience in using AI tools (No tool specific)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
• Collaborate with the product management and the engineering leaders on your projects to balance technical, business, and product requirements
• Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative environment
• The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
• An aptitude and honed intuition for tasteful, visual design details
• Creating a consistent multi-device experience and must have the platform-level understanding to leverage native features
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
