UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Please Note: Only Candidates with 2-3 years of experience should apply.

This is a Delhi based position and work from office only!!

Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in designing scalable SaaS and dashboard-based products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX thinking, complex workflow handling, design systems, and modern UI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design intuitive, scalable, and responsive interfaces for web/dashboard applications

2. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes

3. Handle complex data-heavy workflows, tables, filters, navigation systems, and user journeys

4. Build and maintain reusable components, variants, auto-layouts, and design systems in Figma

5. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers for implementation feasibility and smooth handoff

6. Improve usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and overall product experience

7. Conduct UX analysis and iterate designs based on product/business requirements

8. Ensure pixel-perfect consistency across screens and platforms

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design

2. Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, dashboard, or product design work

3. Expertise in Figma, prototyping, component systems, variables, and responsive design

4. Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability, spacing, typography, and interaction patterns

5. Experience working with complex dashboards, enterprise workflows, or data-driven interfaces

6. Good understanding of developer handoff, grids, responsiveness, and front-end constraints

7. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design implementation workflows is a plus

8. Strong problem-solving, communication, and fast execution skills
