C/C++ Developer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced C/C++ Developer with strong expertise in telecom and contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable systems involving VoIP, SIP protocols, and call routing systems. This role requires deep understanding of system-level programming, multithreading, and performance optimization on Linux environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C and C++
• Implement and optimize multithreaded and memory-efficient solutions
• Work on system-level programming in Linux/Unix environments
• Develop and maintain components using socket programming, IPC mechanisms
• Build and enhance telecom applications involving SIP, RTP, VoIP, call control, and routing
• Contribute to contact center solutions such as IVR, CTI integrations, and messaging/notifications
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform debugging using gdb, valgrind
• Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with build systems like Make and CMake for code compilation and deployment
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams
• Maintain code versioning using Git
• Integrate backend systems with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong programming expertise in C and C++
• Experience with STL, multithreading, and memory management
• Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments
• Expertise in socket programming and IPC (Inter-Process Communication)
• Good understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols
• Experience with call control, routing, and telecom systems
• Exposure to IVR systems, CTI integrations
• Experience with SMS/Notification systems
• Knowledge of UI components like Draggable Icons is an added advantage
