E-Commerce Executive - Private Brands

Key Responsibilities

Core Catalog Ownership:

  • Catalog management across E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
  • Responsibility for catalog creation and ongoing maintenance across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms for multiple brands.
  • Preparing product catalogs as per marketplace formats, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, category mapping, size/color grouping, and other tasks required for regular catalog upkeep.

Data Accuracy & Quality Control

  • Perform regular quality checks and maintain accurate catalog data to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Identify and correct catalog discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, and manage platform-specific catalog or operational issues.

SEO, Content Optimization & Market Insights

  • Create SEO-driven product titles and backend keywords using AI tools and platform insights.
  • Conduct competitor and category research to identify trends and content improvement opportunities.

Coordination & Marketplace Support

  • Cross-functional coordination with brand team, internal and external KAMs, Ops and Tech teams for listings, enhancement, transitions and issue resolution.

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with E-commerce marketplace dashboards and cataloging
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Understanding of beauty category preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English
