About the Project:

We're growing a YouTube channel with 200,000+ subscribers, creating story-driven 3D animated videos based on the Poppy Playtime universe.

As our production continues to scale, we're looking for a proactive Project Manager to help organize workflows, coordinate the team, and improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production and coordinate a remote team.
• Track deadlines, priorities, and task execution.
• Build and optimize production workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale the production pipeline.
• Take ownership of operational processes and help reduce the founder's management workload.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build processes independently and drive projects to completion.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in animation, video production, GameDev, or other creative digital industries.
• Experience scaling teams or improving production pipelines.
• Understanding of 3D production workflows is a strong advantage.
