HR MANAGER

About the Role

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Oman. In this role, you will act as a strategic HR partner, overseeing end-to-end HR functions including Generalist operations, Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience within manufacturing environments across GCC and India, which will align successfully in the organization. Candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply.

About the Requirements:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance for a workforce of approximately 250 employees.
• Lead recruitment activities across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs.
• Design and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives including performance frameworks, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.
• Develop and drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders across functions to support HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across GCC and India operations.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/HR specialization preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience across GCC and/or India markets, with strong understanding of multicultural workforce management.
