Job Title: IT Recruitment Specialist
Job Location: Doha
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of technology and cyber security recruitment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, developing talent pipelines, sourcing specialist technology professionals, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill critical workforce requirements. This role requires strong market knowledge, direct sourcing expertise, and experience recruiting for highly specialized technical positions.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience specializing in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience sourcing and placing specialist technology professionals.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of technology, cyber security job families, and market trends.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in recruitment reporting and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, and related technical positions.
- Utilize direct sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals, and professional platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate data, and reporting within recruitment systems, including Zoho Recruit.
- Support workforce planning, mobilization activities, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
- Experience using Zoho Recruit.
- Recruitment experience within Qatar and/or GCC markets.
- Experience recruiting for government, defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with security-cleared recruitment and pre-employment screening processes.
