Qualifications

• Must have HR or Business Administration certificate
• Must have 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
• Must have a Learning & Development Specialisation certificate
• Must be a bilingual(English and Arabic) speaker & writer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and selection of training candidates.
• Manage and coordinate vocational training programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, QA, Risk Management, and ISMS standards.
• Adhere to company health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
