Data Analyst

We are partnered with a professional services agency in Singapore who are looking for a Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights, reporting, and process improvement.

The role will suit someone from a data analytics, consulting, advisory, or commercial analysis background who is comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple functions and translating business questions into clear analysis and recommendations.

The successful candidate will work with internal teams to collect, clean, analyse, and visualise data, helping the business identify trends, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives. This person should be analytically strong, commercially aware, and confident presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and practical way.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues, risks, and opportunities, and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support leadership and business teams with ongoing performance tracking.
• Collect, validate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Support ad hoc analysis for strategic projects, business planning, client work, and process improvement initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations in a concise, business-friendly format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to better data governance, reporting processes, and analytical best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Around 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, advisory, or a similar analytical role.
• Must have a valid SG RTW - we are unable to sponsor or relocate.
• Experience working in a professional services, consulting, financial services, or corporate environment is preferred, and candidates from consulting backgrounds are welcomed.
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel, with experience in Python or R viewed favourably.
