Project Manager

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology and business initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholder communications, and successful delivery of business objectives while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor project financials, approvals, and governance processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
• Experience managing enterprise application, infrastructure, database optimization, or process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance processes.
