We are looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward-thinking business folks. As our Manager of Commercial Sales, you will build and lead a new team of Account Executives in the APAC region responsible for continuing the growth of our product. You will report directly to our Director, Sales, APAC. With this role you’ll be part of an early team in a fast growing sales org. You’ll collaborate with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
This is a full time role that will be held from our Singapore office.

What you'll do at Figma:
- Hire and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings
- Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
- Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives
- Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals
- 6+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
- 2+ years of management experience
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales team in a technical and competitive landscape
- Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
