We’re seeking a hands-on, highly organized, execution-first Product Manager to own our client’s core consumer-facing product end-to-end. In this role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of interactive widgets, gamified engagement loops, and partner integration tools.

What You'll Own

• Product & Design Leadership: Shape the consumer roadmap across the platform's interactive surfaces and social mechanics.
• Conversion & Engagement Models: Own conversion rate metrics (CVR), driving user acquisition and daily active retention through rapid, data-driven market experimentation.
• Data-Driven Insights: Write your own SQL queries to track conversion funnels, monitor A/B test results, and turn raw data into decisive product strategies.
• Roadmap & Delivery Mechanics: Author comprehensive product specs (complete with clear acceptance criteria and edge cases) and rigorously manage agile sprint ceremonies to keep the engineering pipeline uncluttered.
• Partner Collaboration: Serve as the key product interface for the company's major enterprise-level partners, translating complex technical direction into language that builds deep organizational trust.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing social platforms or digital products focused heavily on user engagement loops, rewards, streaks, and leaderboards.
• Experience leveraging AI-native workflows or LLM-powered automation to accelerate product operations.
• Exceptionally organized. Your tracking boards are pristine, your commitments are met, and you prioritize market evidence and live testing over long documentation.
• Strong SQL skills for independent data queries alongside fluency in modern product analytics tools.
• Previous experience working effectively within a fully remote team and/or a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• A strong background, domain knowledge, or deep intellectual interest in the evolving digital media ecosystem.
