Product Manager - Digital Products

About The Team

Our product manager is dedicated to orchestrating the entire development of a diverse range of digital goods. These goods encompass, though are not confined to, mobile top-up, bill payment, game top-up, e-voucher, movie and attraction ticket. New team members will experience both the opportunities and challenges brought by the rapid evolution and growth of a Southeast Asia–wide digital platform.

This PM role is responsible for the digital product portfolio (For example, telco, eSIM, entertainment, e-voucher, etc), covering frontend user experience, mid-platform architecture and analysis, and collaboration with the supply chain to drive financial profitability and business growth.

Job Description

• Define and execute user-end product strategies. Build and optimize the end-to-end user decision journey (search, browse, compare, purchase) through requirement insights, feature planning, and UX enhancements to improve traffic and conversion.
• Design and refine core backend logic, including pricing frameworks and fulfillment workflows, and lead deep API integrations with suppliers.
• Own business acquisition end-to-end: lead market research and business discussions to shape strategy, independently drive regional-level contract negotiations with suppliers, and oversee partner evaluation and system onboarding.
• Establish key metrics and conduct data analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and guide product iterations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and deliver business-aligned product solutions, ensuring timely launches and expected performance outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Computing or Information related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, prior experience in digital products is preferred.
• Good sense of ownership with the ability to drive business discussions and acquisition initiatives, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Decent understanding of FE user experience, with solid data analysis skills and the ability to design effective solutions.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations; able to quickly understand new supplier interfaces and independently complete integration analysis.
• Good communication skills to facilitate cross-team collaborations.
