Hiring DevOps Engineer (CI/CD Automation & Production Support)

Exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer role with a leading global organization based in Pasir Panjang.

Role Scope

Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps adoption within the Application Production team, improving deployment processes, operational efficiency, and production reliability while supporting global banking applications.

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline releases.
• Drive DevOps best practices and process improvements.
• Reduce manual operational tasks through automation.
• Support production applications, incident resolution, and release activities.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
  
  

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Application Ops, Production Support, or similar role.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration, scripting, and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Windows scripting and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and on-call support.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
