We're Hiring: Scrum Master 📍 Madrid.

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering value efficiently while fostering a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders, helping teams stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve the way they work.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Helping teams identify and remove obstacles that may impact delivery.
• Coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization activities.
• Ensuring alignment on sprint objectives and delivery commitments.
• Encouraging open communication and collaboration across teams.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through actionable retrospective outcomes.
• Supporting teams in adopting and maintaining effective Agile ways of working.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a Scrum Master within software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding Agile teams.
• Ability to identify challenges, facilitate discussions, and drive solutions.
• Comfortable working with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping teams perform at their best.

Nice to have

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in international or distributed teams.
