Freelance/Part-Time Hardware Developer

Sensing Future is seeking a Hardware & Firmware Developer to assist in the development and optimization of sensor-based pressure mapping electronics (FSR). This is a flexible, project-based role ideal for an expert in precision signal acquisition and PCB architecture.

Core Responsibilities

• Circuit & Schematic Design: Develop multilayer PCB designs and schematics optimized for high-density sensor arrays.
• Firmware Development: Write and debug low-level C-based firmware for real-time data processing from complex sensor matrices.
• High-Frequency Signal Integrity: Apply expertise in high-frequency signal routing and noise mitigation to ensure data precision and stability.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in Analog-to-Digital (ADC) conversion and multiplexing for sensor matrices.
• Advanced proficiency in Embedded C for microcontrollers.
• Deep understanding of Signal Integrity and EMI/EMC best practices for high-frequency electronics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance capacity with clear documentation.
